HOW TO JOIN ZOOM MEETINGS
THE CURRENT MEETING LOGIN INFO WILL BE POSTED TO THE BLOG
Zoom is a user-friendly, online video conferencing platform that allows you to connect with others for meetings, webinars, and support groups from virtually anywhere. Whether you are using a computer, smartphone, or tablet, Zoom provides an accessible way to participate in real-time communication.
How Zoom Meetings Work:
Video and Audio Interaction: Zoom allows you to join meetings using both video and audio, enabling face-to-face interaction and group discussions. Participants can choose to enable or disable their camera and microphone based on their comfort level.
Chat Functionality: Meetings include a chat feature where participants can send written messages to everyone or privately to specific individuals.
Screen Sharing: Hosts and participants (when allowed) can share their screens, making it easier to present information or share resources.
Breakout Rooms: In larger meetings, participants can be divided into smaller groups for more focused discussions.
Recording: With permission from the host, meetings can be recorded for future reference or to accommodate those who couldn’t attend live.
